ITINERARY

Day 0Departure day

  • Start from origin city by sleeper train in the afternoon 02:50pm from Hyderabad.

Day 1Hike day - Harishchandragad Fort

  • 03:00 AM – Reach Base city
  • 04:00 AM – Get into Non AC Private vehicle.
  • Stop at restaurant finish breakfast
  • Proceed to Base village.
  • The base village from which we are going to start out trek is called Pachani Village.
  • Almost after an hour trek from the starting point we will see a massive vertical rock on one side and valley on other side.
  • 20 minutes from here we will reach to plateau where we can take a small break and Hydrate ourselves.
  • From this point Harishchandragad temple will take another 30min.
  • We will be Visiting Temple first and Kedareshwar Caves after.
  • Next we’ll be visiting Saptatheertha Pushkarini which is Man- made Lake.
  • Then after proceed to Konkankada point .
  • Finish Trek and move to typical Village Homestay .
  • Reach our Homestay and check into Stay 
  • Finish Dinner at the Homestay.

Day 2Trek to Adrai forest

  • 06:00 am : Wake up and Get freshenup.
  • Have Breakfast.
  • 9:00 am: Start the trek to Aadrai forest.
  • 01:00 pm: Reach the endpoint and get the magical view of Khireshwar valley and Kalu waterfall.
  • 04:00 pm: Reach the base village and have lunch.
  • Rest for the day. Finish dinner at Homestay.

Day 3Visit Kalu Falls - Board the train

  • 04.30 am: Wake and get freshen up
  • 05:00 am: A short introduction and briefing, post which we’ll be descending to the main jungle of Malshej Ghat.
  • 05.30 am: finish breakfast.
  • 09.00 am: An adventurous path through boulders, carved stairs and an iconic Ganpati Idol to reach the plateau.
  • 09.30 am: We’ll then move towards the waterfall and visit the Kalu waterfall from a distance of 1.5 km.
  • 01.00 pm: Head back to the base village for Lunch.
  • Start the return journey towards the Station. Board the train.

Return journey:

  • Arrive in your city the next morning.

CANCELLATION POLICY

🔹 General Policy:

  • No refund shall be made for the initial booking amount under any circumstances.

🔹 Cancellations & Postponements by Organiser (MOW):

MOW reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event in the following situations:

  • If the minimum number of travellers (8) is not met.
  • Due to uncontrollable external factors such as:
    • Natural calamities (heavy rains, earthquakes, landslides)
    • Strikes, bandhs, curfews
    • Virus outbreaks or government restrictions
    • Other unforeseen emergencies

In such cases, participants may choose to:

  1. Transfer the booking to an alternative available event.
  2. Opt for a full refund (deducting any applicable transportation cancellation charges).

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within two business weeks.

▪ Cancellation within 48 hours of event start time:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • Last-minute cancellations due to personal issues (health, work, etc.) will not be entertained.
  • No ticket transfer or date rescheduling allowed.

▪ Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the event:

  • Ticket can be transferred to a friend with prior notice.
  • No refund, but your friend can participate in your place.

▪ Cancellation 7 or more days before the event:

  • 50% refund of the trip amount (excluding payment gateway charges).
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within two business weeks.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Participation & Eligibility

  • Participants must be aged 18 or above. Minors (15–17) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Basic physical fitness is required, as the itinerary includes moderate trekking.
  • Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the trek leaders and organizers at all times.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm participation.
  • The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.

3. Travel & Accommodation

  • Sleeper class train tickets (SL class) will be arranged as per availability; seat/berth preferences cannot be guaranteed.
  • Local transportation will be provided in Non-AC vehicles (Tavera/Tempo/Mini Bus).
  • Accommodation will be on a sharing basis:
    • Bhira village: Basic homestay (shared hall with mats and blankets)

4. Food & Beverages

  • Only the meals mentioned in the itinerary (1 breakfasts, 1 dinners – all vegetarian) are included.
  • Participants are advised to carry their own dry snacks and refillable water bottles.
  • Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited during the event.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respect local customs, fellow travellers, trek leaders, and the natural environment.
  • Littering, misbehaviour, or damage to property (homestays, vehicles, campsite) may lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.
  • Participants must comply with safety instructions provided by the guides at all times.

6. Health & Safety

  • Participants must inform the organizers of any pre-existing medical conditions before the trip.
  • Basic first aid will be available, but the organizers are not liable for any medical emergencies.
  • MOW is not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or loss of life caused due to natural hazards or personal negligence.

7. Itinerary Changes

  • The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • MOW reserves the right to cancel or modify the event without prior notice in such cases. Suitable alternatives or refunds (as per policy) will be offered.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Participants are solely responsible for their belongings throughout the trip.
  • Avoid carrying expensive electronics, valuables, or heavy luggage.
  • MOW is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
