MOW (Meet Over The Weekend) reserves the right to cancel an event under the following conditions:
If the minimum number of travellers (8) is not met.
Due to external factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities (heavy rains, earthquakes, landslides), strikes, bandhs, curfews, virus outbreaks or other unforeseen emergencies.
In such cases, the MOW team will inform you about alternative event options.
You can choose to:
Transfer your booking to another available event.
Opt for a full refund (Transportation cancellation charges will be deducted).
All refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the traveller’s account within two business weeks.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELLER (YOU):
Cancellation within 48 hours of the event start time:
No refund will be provided.
Last-minute cancellations due to personal reasons, such as work or health, will not be entertained.
No ticket transfer or postponement will be permitted.
Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before the event:
Tickets can be transferred to a friend. We would be happy to accommodate them, saving you from a financial loss.
Cancellation 7 or more days before the event:
50% of the trip amount will be refunded (excluding payment gateway charges).
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within two business weeks.
